Return Policy
RedOctane guarantees the quality of every product we offer. If you are not 100%
happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept any
returns for a refund (less shipping/handling) or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This excludes refurbished items.
90 Day Warranty on all RedOctane Branded Accessories
Every RedOctane branded accessory purchased from RedOctane comes with a 90 day
warranty. RedOctane will replace or repair any defective component(s) at no charge to you
within 90 days of the purchase date. This warranty is only available for the following
products: RedOctane Dance Pad, RedOctane Ignition Pad, RedOctane Metal Pad, RedOctane Arcade Stick, RedOctane Taiko Drum, RedOctane Reload Pedal and RedOctane Dual USB Adaptor.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt date so that we can correct the situation.
We will gladly exchange any item received.
To exchange an item, simply contact us by completing the Return Form to
receive a Product Return Authorization (PRA) number. When you return the item, please be sure to
include a note explaining what is wrong with the product that you are returning. This will help expedite the
return process.
All returns must have a valid PRA number in order to receive a replacement.

This excludes refurbished items. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any video game that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts (unless it was damaged before it was received).
If you are returning a RedOctane product purchased at a retail store, you must provide a copy of your original receipt that is dated within 60 days of purchase. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a copy of the receipt.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a valid Product Return Authorization number. There are no exceptions to this policy. RedOctane will not accept any shipping charges for returned product without a valid Product Return Authorization number.
Be sure to include a note explaining what is wrong with the product that you are returning.
This will help expedite the return process.
Please Note: Refunds can only be issued on UNOPENED games.
After your request has been reviewed, normally within 2 business days, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your product.
Follow the instructions for returning your product. When we have received your return item, we will process your exchange/refund and notify you via email.
If you are requesting a refund, your credit card will be credited (less shipping and handling) after we receive the return from you. In addition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to each returned item. RedOctane will pay for shipping costs if the product is defective or the order is a result of our error.
If you are requesting an exchange, we will send out your exchange 2-3 days after processing your return.
Ignition Pad returns: When returning the Ignition pad we will only need the outside shell of the Ignition dance pad back. We will replace just the outside shell for you. Please do not send the foam or the retail box. Just send us the outside shell of the Ignition pad.

Refurbished Items
All refurbished items purchased from RedOctane.com are SOLD AS IS. Refurbished items are fully tested to function in like new condition. Refurbished items may not come in new retail boxes. Refurbished items may come in brown or white boxes.
Some items may have scratches and or typical wear. Stickers and manuals may not be included in the box. No refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed for refurbished items. By purchasing this item you agree to accept these terms.
